Avoid the buffet?. It’s pretty hard for a Chinese Buffet to impress me and, as usual, I was disappointed with this one. The steam table didn’t seem to be turned on and the dishes were quickly getting getting cold after they’d been sitting there a while. Lots of versions of chicken and not much else. Chinese food just tends to get very medicore when it’s been sitting out. This place may be much better when you order off the menu, but unless you like really average Chinese buffet food, I would avoid this place.

Good food, shady business. The food was delicious, but I knew how much the order was supposed to cost and the delivery guy tried to add a $5 tip for himself by telling me it was $25.30 instead of $20.30. If you order delivery, make sure you’re paying the right amount. Other than that the eggroll was great and the Hunan beef was equally delicious.
Humiliated…. I was humiliated in this restaurant today for forgetting my wallet at my office. What a shame….Not really the best way to treat a regular customer.
Nice People, Good Food. The friendly couple that run this place have been here for years staying open weeknights when downtown is a cold empty ghost town. The food is standard Chinese American, familiar and comforting. For lunch, you can’t beat the value of their buffet downtown. Bottom Line, a local classic that deserves respect.
Decent.. This place isn’t too bad, but its nothing spectacular either. The beef lo-mein was pretty tasty, as well as the pork fried rice, but the rest of the meal was average at best. I would stay away from the pu pu platter, the BBQ sauce tastes like it came out of a can, and they cover the ribs and what I hoped was teriyaki beef. If you are in the downtown area and need delivery then this is your place, otherwise… I would probably choose somewhere else.
