Went here around 630 and the place was empty. Got seated and ordered right away. Some worker must of thought no one was in the place because he was cussing up a storm pretty loudly. Everything was made to order and the food was mediocre at best. Ordered chicken added to my rigatoni Guiseppe. Chicken was not seasoned at all and added nothing to the dish. Looked like someone just boiled the chicken and cubed it and tossed it right in. The pasta sauce had good flavor though.
Phenomenal. The atmosphere here is excellent as well as the staff. Food is mouth watering and very savory & filling. Definitely a place I’d recommend friends & family. 12 stars if you could rate that high.

Terrible place. ABSOLUTELY do NOT spend any amount of money here.Food was spoiled and I was chased out of the restaurant by the manager!!!I felt endangered and left crying!!! It was a horrifying experience and was not offered a discount. Enter at your own risk!
Great restaurant! Tried the Pollo cacciatore and Giuseppe, both were awesome and so was the service
Awful food, awful service.. We arrived for a 7:15 reservation right on time, waited over 15 minutes to be seated in an almost empty restaurant. It took 30 minutes from being seated to have our drink order taken, another 30 minutes for the drinks to arrive, over an hour for the food to arrive. The food tasted like it came straight from a can of Chef Boyarbee and a bag of frozen vegetables. All in all, it was almost 3 hours to wait for awful food, we had to pay for parking, and we had to stop for fast food on the way home.
All we hoped it would be…. Great food, great service (server gave us a free desert because we were celebrating our 17th anniversary) and the prices were excellent. We went on a Friday evening and there was only one other group in the area where we sat. Don’t know why there were so few people there when we were, but there was a Cardinal game scheduled that night. I highly recommend J. F. Sanfilippo’s if you want authentic Italian food at national chain store (e.g. Olive Garden, Macaroni Grill) prices.
