Worst Service Ever. I work in the One Financial Plaza building at the corner of Washington and Broadway and I was happy when this opened a couple of years ago. It offers an alright menu of simple breakfast items and sandwiches for lunch that you can grab when you need something quick. I enjoy the biscuits and gravy, the breakfast sandwiches are good and the made to order lunch sandwiches are very good even though over priced. The food is not what I have a problem with, it is the service. I do not know what is wrong with the girl working down there but she has the worst attitude I have ever seen. She will text on her phone instead of taking your order, yell and complain when she has to make a sandwich or has more than 2 people in line and snarl at you like you are a moron and just did something wrong. She is the reason I have boycotted this place except when I absolutely need something to eat and have no other options. So if you want overpriced, mediocre food along with bad service and a gnarling stare than this is your place.
