Needs Salt. I would have to say, I am a bit surprised that no one has commented on the complete and total lack of salt in the food at Mangia Mobile. Also, the Arancini’s involve overcooked Arborio Rice with maybe a table spoon of hamburger and cheese, also devoid of any detectable seasoning. While the toasted raviolis appear well made, looks can be deceiving. Here again, salt would elevate these puppies to a very acceptable appetizer. Unfortunately, I feel I could attain the same product by purchasing some of the unmistakably st. louisan fare from the frozen food section of my supermarket, that is of course if I forgot to season them upon removing them from the oven. Overall, the food is presented decent enough, comes out in a relatively fast manner, and isn’t terribly overpriced. Mangia Mobile needs to follow the number one rule in all of cooking, everywhere. Season the food properly.
