The best restaurant in St Louis and I’ve been to a lot. Exceptional food & service! I highly recommend coming here on a date or even if your just in town visiting. It’s a little pricey but it’s definitely worth every bit you won’t be disappointed!
Fabulous!. We visited Tony’s for our anniversary. The service was wonderful and the food was excellent! We did wear dress pants & dress shirt and a dress and were glad we did so as several gentlemen had suits and most females had dresses on. We had penne with asparagus and mushrooms, Tony’s salad, filet mignon with chianti sauce and veal trio. They were all fabulous.
My husband and I had not planned on eating at Tony’s due to our casual dress attire We were welcomed to our table. Since it was our late anniversary dinner out we ordered wine appetizers salads entres and dessert. The cost was not that extreme and we enjoyed the atmosphere. Unique. An uncommon dining experience. Several hours, multiple courses, tremendous but VERY expensive. A rare treat, to be certain….
We went to Tony’s this weekend when we visited St Louis. The service was amazing and our food was delicious! We started off with the salmon with marscapone and then each had a salad. I had the shrimp an lobster in mustard sauce with a rice ball as my side. My husban had the beef tenderloin with frois gras and creamed spinach. Everything we tasted was amazing, fresh and unique yet simple. The table side service was very impressive as well. We skipped dessert because we were headed to the symphony but we are already talking about our next trip to Tony’s!
Just ok. I went there recently with a large group. I was pleased at first with services. The food was delicious, however for the price I had leftovers. (Strike 1) My server didn’t ask me if I would like to take the rest home. He just took it upon himself and threw it away. Strike 2 once I received my check I gave him cash and expected to receive my change from the bill. NOPE I had to ask for my change. The servers took it upon themselves once again not to ask or give it back. I would not visit Tony’s again. Price should equal satisfication.
Excellent. Great dining experience. Still the best in St Louis. Quality food and quality service.
