  Worst service ever. Visited St. Louis with my husband. We are relocating so I went on restaurant.com for deals. Arrived and didn’t know what the name of the restaurant was,sat, and waited 10 minutes for a drink. After 2 hours we had only seen our waiter 2 times and I had to beg for water. 60% of our food was left behind. Poor quality, cold, and poor service! For being in a crown plaza you would expect better. The hotel manager was also a jerk when we asked about our coupon. If you out looking for disappointment, this is your place. If you want good customer service and good food, go to the drury inn up the road!

  Very Poor. The steak was cooked perfect, ribs were tough. We were dissapointed with the waiter yelling at his buddys he would see down the hall, he forgot to bring lemon for the water, did not have coffee brewed so I said I suppose a coke will work and he said okay, then offered to brew some but never did. The plate on the table that had creamers for the coffee that never came had coffee stains on it probably from breakfast so the creamers had to be at least 12 hours out of the refrigerator. Lots of loud chatter and other very loud noises coming from the kitchen. Never received our rolls which were supposed to come with the entrees. Will not return, do not recommend. Fine dining pricing for greasy spoon service.
