DISORGANIZED! The management needs to take a serious look at its skills. My party of four had reservations at 6:15, but we arrived early and were seated. It took ten minutes for the waitress to take our drink order, another ten to fifteen for the drinks to arrive, and all the while the overworked wait staff hustled. We ordered a charcuterie plate and bottle of wine, but beyond that I can’t comment on the food. We ordered at about 6:45 and were still waiting at 7:30. We cancelled our order, paid, and left. The management didn’t even have the sense to offer compensation for the abysmally slow service due to the management’s poor staffing. I doubt that I’ll return, but I’m sure I’ll dissuade anybody I know from wasting time at Charisse.
