Let’s face it, you’re coming to the Saucer to drink beer. And, it’s a great place to drink great beer. Not inside P&L, so that’s a plus. Join the UFO club and drink 200 different beers; get a personalized pizza saucer on the wall. Specials and events all the time. The food is German-inspired pub fare and consistent. Great pretzels, beer cheese soup, and a surprisingly tasty veggie burger. Always have the Royals games on. Easy place to frequent.

Just ate here for my daughter’s birthday. The food was awesome and the waitress very efficient and friendly and brought my daughter a free dessert . We were also surprised how reasonable our bill was for as much food we got, even with the beer.

Fun Place. Went here for my bachelorette party and we had beer and dessert. This was a great place with lots of great draft options. The crowd was a little loud and I was not akin to the general age group that filled the bar, but it was still fun. Made for a great low key bachelorette party.

Great beer selection and nachos were delish! Went on a Monday, all draft beers are $3.

Fine for grown-ups, not great for kids. We stopped in for lunch around 1:00 on a Friday with three kids. The food was fine — the spicy Rocket-Tots were great and adequately spicy, the portions on sandwiches were huge, and it was quiet enough that we could hear each other talk. Nice! On the downside, service was extremely slow (understaffed?), and it’s not meant for kids. There are two broken high chairs in the place and no kids’ menu — totally predictable and acceptable for a beer joint, but parents, know before you go!
