Worst service ever. Friday night, outdoor table for 3. Took us 15 minutes to be acknowledged. Only refilled one of our waters once (which took over 1 hour) and took 1.5 hours for our food (2 sandwiches and 1 shepherds pie). Lots of apologies and excuses left us feeling angry. Saw other tables who were seated after us receive their good before us. Some tables left without receiving their food after waiting so long. Waitress offered us additional drinks, then charged us for them. Asked for bread or crackers which she said she couldn’t give us. Manager brought us the food and asked us if we still wanted the appetizer, which we did…came out some time later greasy and overcooked. Manager said ‘it’s on us’. Saw our waitresses working hard and not quite sure what happened, but it was clear that she needed help and the two managers we saw briefly did not step up to help her. I would NEVER return or recommend this place and I don’t think they provided us good service. Food was ‘ok’, nothing spectacular but came out hot.
