For a large place serving the crushing needs of people thronging to the Power and Light district Gordon Biersch is quite good. Of course, great cold beers. Menu is somewhat diverse – egg rolls…? Sandwiches were good, side orders – you choose them with entrees – were also decent. Salads fresh. Service was friendly and management attentive.
Came on a wed night and it was busy but not crazy. Lots of teams on the tvs. Got the beef tips they were very good. Tender and cooked just right. I also had the house root beer. It too was good. It had a slight cinnamon flavor. The staff was attentive but not pushy. I’d eat here again in a heart beat.
