Terrible Service. I went to lunch with a couple girlfriends on a Sunday, and it was not very busy. Our server didn’t approach us until about 10 minutes after we were sat, she forgot to bring sides we asked for multiple times, was not friendly and completely messed up our tickets a few different times. It was a pretty terrible experience!! We will not be going back.
Great place if you like to wait. I used to be a big fan of this place but the past two times our poor server has been so overwhelmed that the resulting wait time for first drink has been 20min+ Harry’s management needs to step it up and hire some more help
Nice atmosphere. Great place to stop for a drink or 2 and some good food. Extensive beer and drink menu, great sandwiches and apps.
Disappointed. I recently moved to the River Market and was looking forward to settling in with a new local favorite. Wish I could say it was going to be Harry’s. I been here three or four times and each time I’ve sat at the bar. Each time I’ve felt like the bartender could not have cared less about our experience. He was indifferent, unfriendly, put out and just generally rude. It’s almost like we were a hassle. A word of advice to management, go to Nick & Jake’s to see how it’s done right. At each location the bartenders genuinely make you feel welcome and treat you like they want you there. I’m disappointed that Harry’s was such a let down. The food is good and the beverage selection is top notch. But people want to be treated like they matter. Won’t be back any time soon.
Nice atmosphere. We went to Harry’s after a day with the in-laws at the River Market and the Arabian museum. It was a very pleasant way to end our day together. The prices were affordable and the food portions and taste were good. The atmosphere was great. We ate here in September and it was a perfect patio day. The food took just long enough that we were able to have a nice visit. We would definitely stop by here again.
Incorrect change. Servers keep part of my change. I lower my tip when they do this so they end up cheating themselves when try to cheat me. It has happened to me twice at this restaurant.
