Tasteless & overpriced. Took my boys there for dinner and was very disappointed in the lack of flavor in their food as well as the rubber like calimari. So not worth what we paid! Our waitress was really nice but the food was terrible! Sad to say, but Olive garden is actually better than this place. At least their food has flavor.
Yuck. Our food was too damn expensive and it tasted like straight up sh** …you would think because it’s in crown center that it would taste delish but it didn’t …service sacked a$$ as well. I’ll never wat there again
Not Ready For a Crowd. We had lunch at Milano with coworkers while at a conference next door. The restaurant wasn’t particularly busy, but service seemed sluggish, so we opted for the luncheon buffet, which consisted of skimpy amounts of pizza, salad with your choice of one dressing, or none at all, and made to order pasta, which sounded good until we discovered only one chef trying to make dozens of individual sized portions of different pastas. Kind of like an omelette station at a breakfast buffet, only with pasta. The poor guy was slammed, and couldn’t keep up.The place is attractive, with lots of window seating. And the garlic bread loaves are tasty. But unless you are on a leisurely lunch, and aren’t picky about receiving quick service, go elsewhere.

Service was bad ..waitress had no personality. Food was just ok. Left a 10% tip more then i should have. She found us 1/2 hour later in line across from the restaurant getting ice cream.and ask us why we left her a small tip wasther something wrong we told her yes the service. She walked out of the restaurant and stalked us to ask us this in a line of 15 people waiting for ice cream. SO Watch out for stocker waitresses
Expensive mediocrity. Milano’s stands out for blandness and expense. A group of us tried it before a play at Crown Center because of the restaurant’s convenience. Sadly, the lack of quality outweighed the convenience. The food was filling, but blah, and prices far in excess of the quality. The server, however, went out of his way to help.
Food OK, Service BAD. For a restaurant in a mall, not bad. It does not serve the best Italian food I have ever had, but it’s edible. The service is absolutely horrible. The server took our orders, but did so incorrectly. The manager on duty delivered our meals. We waited for a good 15 minutes after we finished our meals to get the check. It was taking so long that I actually contemplated walking out. Doubt I’ll go back.
