Worth a second shot. Maybe it’s our fault for making a reservation for Valentine’s day, but a 2 hour wait for food (and then to have it arrive cold) seems ridiculous. The waitstaff was friendly and doing their best, but they were hopelessly behind. The food tasted ok, though both my wife and I were disappointed that there was a limited menu and we could try the dishes we’d looked forward to. Long story short, we might try it again, but it’s going to be as far from a holiday as possible.
Ruined my evening. Worst place ever to eat at. Waited 2.5 hours for some uncooked food and they still charged me for it.
Love It!!!. The dcor was awesome, the server was friendly and knowledgeable and the food was good. I would definitely return to explore the menu.
I’ve had ramen in New York, California and my own kitchen…. Not only is their ramen bad… It’s not ramen by a loose interpretation. This is Caucasian Asian food in its truest form
Great Lunch Spot. I come here occasionally for lunch. The three dollar sign prices listed on this website must apply to dinner because I find this to be a very economical lunch that is incredibly satisfying. There is nothing better than a large bowl of homemade raman on a cold day or a refreshing bahn mi on any day.Highly recommend!
Just got back home after a dinner at Hiro. Wanted to try a new place and they definitely did not disappoint. Our waitress was Terry and she took the time to explain the menu and recommend dishes. It was our first time there, so the staff showed us what each dish looked like as it came out of the kitchen. We started off with the jalapeo calamari. It came out quickly and was delicious. The calamari itself was pretty standard for fried calamari, but the jalapeo tartar made all the difference. It wasn’t too spicy and provide just a kick to the taste buds. For dinner I had the chicken pot and my boyfriend had the flank steak. Both were insanely delicious and very flavorful. Overall, the staff was very attentive and constantly kept our drinks full. They do have an upstairs that is available for gatherings such as cocktail hours. My only complaint (and it is extremely minor) is that they have a frequent diner program that only allows your free dish to be a lunch. It would be nice for those who work down here, but not really applicable to us.
