Horrible Service. Manager is a rude man with no customer service skills. I know if this man is rude as he is to the customers the people who works for him must catch it big time. He was so unprofessional and so rude that it was jaw dropping. How about this for pointers if you are going to charge people for tomatoes and onions why don’t you give them what they pay for its only right. I guess he doesn’t know and understand that. His location is probably the only reason that he is still in business, because the food is okay if you get your order the way that you ordered it :/ he probably gets more wrong than right. His answer to my complaint was to no longer serve our building yeah right.

OMG – The best ever!!!. My sweetheart and I discovered Maurizio’s pizza probably over 14 years ago. We were staying at a hotel downtown and it was very late and we were starved. We ordered a deluxe pizza and chef salad and fell in love. We so want them to open one in the southern part of the state. We make a special trip every now and then just for Maurizio’s pizza. That would be today for her birthday. Can’t wait to get there. Delicious! !!!!!!!! Pookie
No good. No dinner and a late flight into St. Louis my boyfriend and I were starving. Reccomended by our hotel staff, we ordered a pizza and cheese sticks from Maurizio’s. After waiting over an hour, our food was finally delivered cold and barely cooked. Not edible. Very unhappy about the money I spent and I’m still hungry.
So my husband and I discovered maurizios about a month ago when we were searching for late night food options. Picking is a little slim in St. Louis unless you are looking for fast food. We ordered the pizza online and what a relief! The pizza reminded me of home…I grew up in New York and it was so nice having pizza that I could pick up and fold. This being said, it wasn’t the best pizza I’ve ever had but wasn’t bad either. It is certainly our choice for late night food!
As I write this, I’m at the new Downtown location, waiting at the bar for the food I just ordered. The bartender did not acknowledge me, at all. But he made sure that he asked the lady next to me if she wanted any water. The atmosphere he created made me feel terribly unwanted. The young man that took my order didn’t welcome me,either. I thought this place would be great because of the location; I work across the street at Police Headquarters. I will not return to this establishment. Also, the chicken parmesan was gross.
Two years ago we had the worst delivery guy- late- rude- then cussed me.out when I turned away the pizza because after giving up we ordered Jimmy Johns. Here we are ordering and giving them a second shot. Again an unusual wait time (luckily a nicer delivery guy) but the pizza was awful. Dominos is gourmet compared to this. I should have went with my original opinion and never ordered again. Overpriced, and most definitely not worth it. Leftovers are going in the trash immediatly.
