Food was the worst French cuisine I have ever had. Went with 2 friends who came in for the weekend. Everyone hated their food. Everything was bad including the water and the cocktails we ordered. They need a new chef now! Atmosphere is decent!
Food is very good. I had the prime rib special with a horse radish creme fraiche that was delicious. Make sure to try the Brie with fig coulis for appetizer, that was outstanding. Maple cheesecake was also delicious. Would go back to try the duck confit.
My wife and I love to come to the roof top bar to get a great view of the city. Maurice is our bartender and always has a new drink for my wife to try which is fantastic. The food and the ambiance is great. I really wish we had access to their beer selection in the basement. The beer selection is the only thing that doesn’t fit scene.
Sat on the rooftop for dinner while entertaining company from out of town. Ambiance & atmosphere in the open air area is the main draw here, and rightfully so. Great set-up in this space on roof. Our server was friendly and knowledgeable, and even made suggestions. We were happy with him overall, though didn’t see him the last 15 min of our meal (was also waiting on an ordered coffee during this time)Had crag bisquettes and baked Brie for starters. Both were very good. Ordered the ribeye as a special. Good flavor, though more fat on my cut then I would have hoped for. Dessert, I highly recommend the Carmel Apple cheesecake, Doesn’t get any better 😉
Not as good. I’ve been taken my wife here the last few years. Service has always been good but food not so much. The kitchen always seem to have a hard time keeping up with demand. Wether slow or packed. Just didn’t get the loving feeling this time from the food as times before. With other taster brunches in town, it’s time to move on.The original stlfoodsnob!
Wonderful!. My husband and I went for our anniversary. We were a bit uncertain because of some of the negative reviews. This place delivered! The waitress was so sweet and friendly. She brought us a creme broele as an anniversary gift! I got the lamb special and the hubby got a swordfish with quinoa. Both were amazing! The pickled veggies and mash went beautifully with the lamb. We both cleared our plates. We also had muscles and baked bree for appetizers. They were also amazing in flavor. 11/10 would come again. I wish we lived closer so we could come often!
Very, very good experience. Hostess and waiters were helpful, friendly & there when we needed them. I had fish (trout) on a bed of vegetables with a delicate sauce which tasted excellent. My companion had a crepe and complimented it. The ambiance was great. I highly recommend.
