Chinese standards done right. This is a nice, quiet little place, a bit off the main drag in the Paddock Hills Plaza. It’s small and clean, and while is definitely not a palace, they make some good food. I tried it for the first time tonight, based on the strong rating here and I was not disappointed. Service was friendly and quick. The hot and sour soup was excellent–rich, hearty broth with lots of meat, vegetables and tofu with excellent balance of hot and sour spices. The Sichuan Shrimp was also very good with a generous helping of green pepper, snow peas, carrot, bok choi, mushrooms and a great, spicey sauce. There was a brisk carry-out business too. Check it out, you’ll like it.
