I had a coupon I used the other day and they are making me wait a month to use my new coupon , which is fine because that was what the rules stated. However, they forgot to put my potato salad in my bag yesterday and since that made me have to come back to pick up my potato salad I thought good customer service would have been to at least let me use my coupon early.Bottom line the food is about average in my opinion, except for the sides…so far the sides, macaroni and cheese and potato salad are good. I do love their macaroni and cheese.Rib Tips were very good with or without sauce. Peach cobbler not good just super sweet and I could not even taste the peaches. I had the brautwerst today and it was good, I guess the price is okay, but would have liked Cole slaw or something on top would have even settlled for onions. It was just a brautwerst with sauce on a hot dog bun for $6. Well I tried the slab of ribs…and I was not impressed. There are much better ribs to be had in the STL by several BBQ places. I just expected more from the ribs.If you want a good smoke on your ribs and excellent BBQ smoke char and flavor, these are not it in my opinion.
