I ate here Su -had the buffet. The chicken was good, but not special . I liked the bq the best. The surprise was the catfish which I have never liked elsewhere, but here it was good -not the least fishy. The coating was crispy and very good. I’m still not a big catfish fan, but if you normally like it elsewhere, I expect you will really like it here. The sides were generally good. The apple cobbler was very good to excellent. I may not rush back for their buffet, but I wont fight it if someone pulls me along. I do recommend for a first visit.
Arrived very hungry and excited to try a local recommended favorite. One car in the lot and only one table in service besides us. The staff was excellent and decor fit the setting, that’s the best of the experience. Ordered pretzel jack balls, they’re nothing remotely close to anything a pretzel. The soup was awful and the house special chicken piccata was a microwaved chicken strip with 45ish capers on a bed of cold, buttery linguine slop… I wouldn’t advise anyone to eat here. I’d rather lick my own arse….
