Love this Place. I’ve been eating at this restaurant for 19 years. Its very inexpensive! The fried rice portion size is huge! My Family eats here once a week!
One of my favorite Chinese food places, never had a bad experience and I’ve been going for over a decade now. It’s ran by a man, woman and their two kids. As far as the guy who went there at night (Lane) because it was close, I’m not sure; I could only think that maybe he went there too close to closing time, which would make sense if I showed up at 9:00 I very well too may have a bad experience…
It was awful according to my husband and son. They ordered general to chicken. They said over cooked to a dry and brunt tasting. They said be ready in 20 min, they don’t offer delivery so my husband went and turned into a 1hr 10 min event . My daughter and I thought our meals were good and would stop and eat maybe but not down with the no delivery.
This business doesn’t accept AmEx; which is all I had..so I opted to go to another restaurant (that DOES accept AmEx)
Amazing 🙂
Must of had an off night. Went to this place tonight bc it was very close to my home and had good reviews.. they told me 15 min. it would be ready.. i showed up within 10 min to make sure my food was still nice and hot to eat.. upon arriving home with my meal i started off with egg drop soup.. it was very orange looking and salty… the crab rangoon and egg rolls i ordered were alreay cold and chewy and the egg rolls had bad taste like the meat in them was old or they were cooked in old grease.. the sweet and sour chicken was bad as well.. the sweet and sour sauce was not warm it was gloppy jelly like and again the chicken had a weird taste… like fried in bad grease.. i don’t understand why this happended since i showed up 10 minutes after i ordered my food and it is a wednesday night at 630.. so it wasn’t like i showed up at closing time or anything.. they just lost a customer for sure.. Lao Peking on sterling is way better or the manderin house on 23rd st i would reccomend..
Pretty good!. I love the food, but NEVER dine in. the kid who works there (i think his parents own the restaurant) is a creeper, and he is always hitting on my sister and me. makes for a very uncomfortable experience.
