Our server, Olivia, did a great job. The food was decent. They were not the best tacos I’ve ever had, but pretty good and more authentic then others. I like that they are helping out on the square and serving things like Polly’s pop, it makes them somewhat unique. I also liked that it was cheaper than some other places in town. I would say try it if you are in the area.
Lousy service. We were looking forward to dining at El Pico for the first time at 6 pm 2/24/15. We were never given a menu or glass of water, but the two waiters/waitress made eye contact with us a half dozen times. After sitting there for 10 minutes, we got up and left.
This place has been on the square for about a year. It has fresh tasting, simple Mexican food with homestyle and modern flair that leaves a clean taste on the tongue and plenty of cash in your pocket. The service is extremely upbeat and speedy, smells clean when you walk in and the decor is bright and Eco-friendly. Looking forward to going back soon.
