Since when is 6 miles too far for delivery? Wanted to try new Chinese place but can’t get to them so called for delivery. After taking my phone and address, she put me on hold (presumably to locate me on an online map ap) them came back on phone and told me I’m too far. I had already looked up their location before calling and decided they were close enough. Guess I was wrong. They lost a customer before they really had me. Sad! I gave them a 1.5 rating because the lady spoke English and I could understand her.
Dont walk, RUN From this Place!!!. Food was Horrible. Staff was extremely rude. They were short tempered when inquiring about there menu, and delivery time was double what they told me. I will be driving out of my way from now on when ordering Chinese food.
WONDERFUL. I called this woman 4 times to feed my party of 15 with a very large order that was WELL over 150 dollars. Not ONCE was she frustrated or rude. The customer service was very pleasant and the food is ALWAYS hot, fresh and excellent. I give you 5 stars !!
Rude with a side of rude. The food is not bad, but the service with a smile is non existent. I’ve ordered from them a number of times over the past year because I liked their lo mein, but have ran into too much attitude lately and can no longer recommend them, I ordered a lunch special to go once; which comes with a soup and an egg roll. After delivery person left, I noticed that the lunch special was not special at all – no soup, no egg roll. I called back and the lady was sooooo rude. She asked if I mentioned what kind of soup i wanted. I wasnt sure, but told her that it is their responsibility to ask ME what kind of soup and not assume that I would pay for a lunch special and be ok with not receiveing the egg roll nor the soup. I just dont give away money, lady. I asked if she’d come back with what I ordered. Then the rudeness continued as she blamed me for the mess up. Sorry lady its on you to ask what kind of soup I’d like and not withhold parts of the meal I paid for. This was the last straw. If you want decent chinese food with a whole lot of attitude then this is the place for you. But for me, I have power in where I spend my money and I’m not going to finance another lexxus (sits outside restaurant) for you when you are nothing but rude to your customers.
First and last visit!. I walked in looked around The corner. They were very rude. I asked if they had a buffet and they looked at me as if I was an idiot and as if I was bothering them. They asked if they could help me and I said give me a minute. They acted as if they didn’t have the time for me. I asked for some hot mustard and they only gave me two little packets so when I got home and found it naturally for me it wasn’t enough. I will never return!
Best Chinese in Independence. Fantastic orange chicken with orange peels cooked in. Have yet to try much else because I love this dish so much. Reasonable prices, friendly staff. Amazing crab rangoon as well!
Great Food Bad Customer Service. The food keeps me coming back but whoever answers the phone there has a very sour attitude. Also when I place a delivery order from here the delivery driver stops in the middle of my road and waits for me to come out to them, it be a lot nicer if they came to my door.
