I really love their food it’s absolutely great!! The service though when you eat in is just plain horrible seriously really really bad I have ate in like 5-6 times now and each time I keep thinking ok it has to get better this time but nope it’s horrible each time! Every waitress I have had is just lazy when it comes to service. I have to remind them to bring our waters to us it takes 10 min to bring a freaking water then another 10 min to bring just chips with no sauce and you have to wait 5 more minutes for the sauce or cheese dip it is just really ridiculous and they never ask if you want a refill on water even when the glass is empty! They never offer more chips and I have not been asked one time if everything is ok after they bring you your food. They act like you are bothering them to ask for a refill just annoys me so bad!! Once you set down and after you order it’s like you don’t exist to them it’s rude actually it’s really rude and I was so annoyed about the service this time that I did not even leave a tip this time!! The waitress was playing on her phone the whole time while her kids were running around the place acting crazy and they kept coming to our table and just staring at us! I mean really if you can’t get a babysitter that’s fine just make your kids behave especially when customers are in the resteraunt eating. Anyways like I said the food is great and I will continue to eat at queen taco but I am never again dining in I have had it with the lazy incompetent waitresses they have! From now on I will always order carry out!!
