I’m not saying this place is bad just out of hand- I might still go back and try it sometime, but my last experience was awful. Me and my boyfriend went there one night later in the evening and went to the drive through, and there was no one else there. We ordered two meals with two sides each and drinks. Once we got home, we checked inside the bag and we had only one meal with only one of the sides, which was naturally disappointing and somewhat angering, but I haven’t made it back there yet. As for the quality, that wasn’t grand either. The fries were kind of limp and flavorless, and the chicken was okay but a little soggy and also not very flavorful. Might give it another try, but my initial impression was no good.

This is the Southern-style restaurant that will give Chic-fil-a some serious competition. The food is high quality and they offer a wide range of dipping sauces. My favorite is the cayenne ranch. The range of teas that are offered are also substantial: unsweet, sweet, peach, and raspberry. Also the desserts are served in a mason jar, which is a nice throwback. The grilled chicken is an option here that is lighter and still tastes good. The Mac and cheese is a win and can be a meal in itself.
I was definitely a fan of this restaurant. They were very quick and the chicken and waffles were really good. The atmosphere was also very welcoming.

Slim chickens -outstanding tenders and side dishes. Took family of five for late lunch. Great atmosphere and music. The tenders were hot and tasty. Sampled my wife’s plate of grilled tenders and thought they were very tasty for grilled chicken. It was a cold day so we skipped salads and desserts. Our kids lived the fries and tenders. They cayenne ranch dipping sauce was very good. Fried mushrooms dipped in gravy were some of the best mushrooms we have ever had. We will definitely be back.
Slims Chickens-Slim on flavor and chicken. My first experience with slim chickens was not very good. Ordered the hot wings-hot and Teriyaki. The flavors were watery and the wings were tiny, dry and not very meaty. The Teriyaki sauce was just plain nasty. Also tried the Slim Plate with honey mustard and honey BBQ, again sauces were watery and the chicken tenders were dry. It came with a side so I got the mac and cheese, it was okay, not very cheesy. A last minute purchase was the desert-slim jars. Tried two- a cheesecake thing and a chocolate pudding thing-at 4.99 apiece I thought they were pricey (so what you get a jar) flavor was okay. Not going back and not recommending it.
