Great concept and the the burger was even better. LOVED so much, coming back twice in one week. The even let me get the awesome mac and cheese as a side for a bit more. Next time, I will ask for a few blue cheese sprinkles on top and it will be blue cheese heaven. Wonderful, fun, trendy and delish.
Location is not the greatest. But hopefully word of mouth will remedy that, maybe some advertising. This is a GOOD Burger Joint. I had the namesake Black and Bleu, Very good. Sis had the special, Chicken Stir Fry Stuffed Burger, and yes, there was chicken stir fry stuffed in her burger. She said it was awesome. Chicken Strips were good with the Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce Mom said was the best she’s had. Everybody fell in love with the Sweet Potato Tots, The BEST we’ve had (I loved mine more with the tobasco). Roasted Brussel Sprouts were really good as well. Looking forward to our next visit to try different menu offerings. Atmosphere is like others have reviewed, not sure what they are going for. Hopefully they will find a niche. Did here some Royals fans cheering along with us. Maybe a sports bar in the future, everyone always likes cheering our sports teams here in K.C. My only complaint on this place is that our waiter did not ask how we wanted our burgers cooked, ours came out well done and then some and were dry. This maybe for heating the stuffed portion through. I did ask if they would make them cooked to order, they would oblige. So 4 stars for this joint assuming they will give me a medium rare burger next time. If not, they may need to preheat the stuffings before stuffing and cooking the burger. Looking forward to the skinny fries next visit. SUPPORT LOCAL BUSINESS. Let’s keep our money where we live.

Such an awesome experience. Their burgers are beyond delicious! We were looking for a place that serves good burgers and beer, and it completely exceeded our expectations! We will definitely be coming back. The only thing I’m sad about is that we just found out this place existed!

It took entirely too long, literally an hour for our burgers. They weren’t even busy either. The waitress was sweet though and she did explain at the end that their grill is half the size of the table. Way to small!! No manager in sight either. Wasn’t that great either cause my burger was burnt. Super bummed :/ had high hopes
Bland flavor. Slow. Wish I had 4 hands so I could give this place 4 thumbs down. One word basic.
