Done with Lees Summit/Blue Springs Fun House Pizza – owned by same individual. My husband & I grew up on Fun House Pizza in Raytown & Independence – for several years we have been purchasing from Blue Springs & Lees Summit becoming more disappointed with every purchase. These pizzas are NOTHING like the ones we grew up eating. Tonight was the final straw – tired of burned cardboard crusts we have gotten several times (never complaining), but tonight we opened the box and half the pizza only had toppings on about a few inches towards the middle with the top part being backed crust…the other half was kinda hit & miss and was cold to the touch with cheese not totally melted in areas – called to complain – got put on hold, waited 15 minutes – phone busy, waited 30 minutes – phone busy again – finally got an answer nearly 1.5 hours after we picked it up – manager/owner made a comment about length of time even after I told him the multiple times I had called – then tried to state the condition of the topping couldn’t of happened there, even though I told him I took pictures and would be happy to show him – then also made a comment that we had been given a credit in 2008 and something about it not working – REALLY – six years ago!! This is nothing like the original Fun House – I would rather eat Papa Johns – will NOT patronize LS or BS Fun House again…

This location on NW Blue Pkwy may say ‘Fun House Pizza’ and it may look like it on the inside, but this is NOT Fun House Pizza. It’s not horrible, but it’s not good, either. I’d you want Fun House, go to Independence. If you want decent pizza in LS, don’t come here!
Fun house has great pizza. I love the crust & the plentiful toppings. The pizzas have that crunchy crust and are terrific! The price is a little high and there are not very great specials but they are good!
Gross.. Never really understood why anyone says this place is good. Worst pizza I have had.
Best Pizza in LS. Never had a bad pizza there, but my wife and I eat in there quite oftenusually getting two big daddys. We take most of it home and freeze it for another day. Go online and get a coupon for second at half price off. Everyone we have come in contact with have been very friendly. WE don’t eat pizza anywhere else.
My feedback is specific to a delivery experience. I ordered a pizza from there last week w/o a problem. Tonight I ordered and was told that I live outside of their delivery area. When I indicated they’d delivered to us just last week the owner, who was incredibly rude, insisted his shop hadn’t delivered to our house. I double checked my call history and it confirmed that same # was the one I’d ordered from the week before. We like their pizza but not enough to be treated rudely and accused of not being truthful.
It’s OK. I ate lunch there once. It was OK. Nothing special. Probably never go back. The pizza was kind of like frozen pizza.
