Not impressed. The decor needs to be updated. I observed torn outdated wallpaper. The stuffed wild life is okay. Okay, now the food. Did not try the slaw or beans they looked undesirable. They broght out hushpuppies and sides first. I don’t know why. The catfish was good. The seasoning not too salty. I’ve had better hushpuppies. Too greasy, no flavor. The chicken fingers were fair. Our waitress was okay but had a cough that drew our attention to her as she served us. Won’t go back.
Great place to get your fried fish fill. Beans, slaw, and hush puppies quite tasty and a meal to themselves. The grilled fish was a touch dry. Also tried sides of okra and onion rings. The rings had a nice coat of black pepper, which gave them a nice kick. Next time I’ll probably order less food and focus on my favorite part of the meal: the beans and slaw!
Nasty Nasty. This was the first time in a longtime sense i been here, but today was not a good day the waitress name Dusty was so nasty serving folk there dinner on plates that come in contact with her clothes that’s a big no no. Management should have traing her better. And the food i didn’t like, i let my waitress know that i was not impress. When she ask how was everything
