Above and beyond accommodation. Nobody in town would play the Michigan state game with sound. The managers at Konrad’s were more than happy to accomadate my husband and I with putting on the game with sound…. We also enjoyed amazing drinks and food while watching the game. A huge recommendation by us to come and enjoy an amazing atmosphere.

Never again!. I was hesitant in starting a tab because of my terrible experience with Jerry’s. I specifically asked questions before giving my card. NEVER AGAIN! Not only was my card pre-authorized for a random amount but I was also charged for my actual bill. I called my bank and they said that the POS system that Konrad’s uses puts a hold on any amount pre-authorized for a minimum of 2 days! Since I was there on a weekend night, it ends up being a total of 4 days! I specifically asked the waitress if they pre-authorized and she said no. Even worse, when I called Konrad’s, the manager was clueless about his own POS system and tried to blame my bank! Sad because I had a wonderful experience at the bar, but will not be returning because I do not trust them.
Konrad’s is a great place to get quality service, excellent food, cold drinks served up by the top of the line bartenders!!!! This is the newest hot spot with the best new business venturers you could ask for!!!
Great place to visit and eat!. I loved konrads! Great drink menu and food. Got the Moscow mule drink and the calzone. Both were delicious! Great staff and friendly service. I will be back
My new favorite place!. We have been going to Konrad’s every Tuesday night for trivia and it has been a lot of fun! The atmosphere is very down to earth. They have great menu items to choose from and we enjoy the variety of beers on tap. The service has always been great when we go and the owners are very nice. This is definitely our new favorite spot in LS.PS: some of the other reviewers are obviously way to picky when it comes to reviewing restaurants. I will assume they have never worked in the service industry.
Great Job Konrads!. My wife and I were told about Konrad’s from friends of ours in St. Louis, so we thought we would give it a try the next time we were in LS. The staff was great and was very attentive. We were met by both owners as they stopped by our table to say hi and make sure we were satisfied. We tried two appetizers, the pretzels and fried pickles, and thought that would have been enough, but I really wanted pizza. You could tell that it was handmade and fresh, wonderful. We will be heading back whenever we get back that way, for a new business they really have a handle on how to treat customers!
