my favorite steak place. but this location changed it all. my steak was tough. wings cooked halfway. the burger was flavorless. the complimentary bread wasn’t up to par either if it goes this like many other locations of this steakhouse will have to close its doors. one in lawrence ks closed as well.
Horrible. So me and my family decided to go to longhorn steakhouse for Mother’s Day and when we got there the host told me there was a one hour wait. That sounded cool so I put my name down. One hour later I went up to the host to see what the deal was. and apparently my name went down the list, to the bottom. I honestly think they just forgot about us. the host had the balls to tell meI was gonna wait another hour but I didn’t let that happen. Eventually we sat down and ate. All I have to say about the food service is the steak came out before the salad. I’m going to just leave it at that. And not to forget to mention the manager didn’t even apologize. Nothing. Not one word. This will be the last time I will ever enter longhorn. I guess nobody cares about customer service.

Overpriced outback. sad. Walking into a steakhouse, one does not expect the first emanation to be the lovely stench of cigarette smoke. After greeting us, the hostess asked whether we would like smoking, or non smoking. This threw me for the complete loop. its been a while since that question has been presented. Food was good, but not worth the price. Lots of salt and butter do not always a high price justify. Im not at ruth chris.
