We had been looking forward to trying this restaurant. We went on Saturday around 1:30, they weren’t very busy – maybe 3 or 4 tables full. They sat us down and said a server would be with us right away. We looked at the menu and had figured out what we wanted to order, laid the menus to the side as an indication we were done looking and ready to order. No one came to get a drink order or food order. At some point a gentleman got a small piece of one of their deserts and set it on the table (it was good). Then another couple came in and was seated, the server obviously knew them and went to chat and take their order right away. After sitting there for 23 minutes we got up and left. When we were leaving still nothing from the staff – like to ask why we were leaving or if we enjoyed the meal….so we could let them know that we had not even been helped..Guess we were invisible that day.We won’t be going back, too many other good places in town to spend our hard earned money to waste time somewhere that doesn’t even know you are there.
This is a family owned business if that is what you like to support. Service was good and food was fine. I had a veggie omelet that was not to greasy. My husband had eggs Benedict. Wishes he asked for the Hollandaise sauce on the side and the eggs a little less runny.
