WORST PLACE EVER. These petiole have an online ordering systemt that does NOT work. It does, however, take your payment. Then when you call to find out why they don’t show up- no one speaks English and no one can tell you how they will refund you. Spent hours on the phone with my card company and the bank over this. Then found out IM NOT ALONE. Don’t use even bother. Couldn’t tell you how the food is I would never spend a dollar in there ever. Zero customer service.
Best General Tso’s in the KC area. The way these guys bread/toast/crispify their chicken is incredible. Most Chinese places will have some soft breading that’s doused in sauce– here is truly an exception. The chicken is fried to a crisp, and the meat on the inside is stringy and chewy. The Dragon & Phoenix is a great deal. Shrimp tastes a little processed and frozen, but man… can’t get past that chicken.

Great Food, a little pricey. My family and I get takeout from here regularly. Simply put, it’s an above average Chinese restaurant that has left us satisfied every time.The few times that we’ve dined in the service has been great, and the kids who are sometimes here have always been well-mannered and charming. It’s good to know that this is a real family who is running this restaurant, and I hope everyone in the area tries it. The price is in line with most other Chinese restaurants, a little high but this is always countered by large portions and left-overs.Try it today, you won’t be disappointed.
Don’t listen to the naysayer. My husband and I get take out here often. Yes, the daughter takes orders over the phone but she is a beautiful sweetheart. She gets our order right EVERY time. She even remembers that I love hot mustard. I don’t even have to ask anymore, she just makes sure I have it. We have loved everything we have tried. We especially love the spicy and tangy chicken. The negative review really bothered me. Can people not treat others as they want to be treated. The kids are so sweet. She gave me the most beautiful smile when I left. Have a little patience. I think she does a stellar job to be able to come to a different country, understand our language, run a cash register, get my order right. I will continue to give them my business. The food is good and the customer service is wonderful. They were busy last night. I had to be a little patient to get my order, but BIG DEAL. I have been praying that their business would pick up so that they can continue to run their business and stay there. It looked like my prayers were answered. When business picks up, you get busy. Show them some respect and patience. They are doing the best they can and I appreciate that. Keep up the great work Young’s. I love your place!!
Good food, good service. We have been looking for a good Chinese restaurant in Lee’s Summit near our house for sometime. When we came to Young’s we were very satisfied by the service and food. We lived in China for several years and the taste at Young’s is very authentic and full.
Don’t waste your time.. My family has eaten here several times and it has been consistently bad. Poor ingredients, pricey and horrible service. Staff has their young daughter taking orders whom does not speak English. If you ask her a question she will simply nod at you. Go somewhere that is serious about their business.
