Well, not much has changed at Arris Bistro in the last year. Service is still awful. Servers are arrogant and almost seem annoyed by having to do their job. They now charge $.90 for a side of ranch — same goes for swapping out mayo for ranch. Desserts are okay when they have been recently delivered. They come from the Cheesecake Factory (not made in-house). My cheesecake was dry – you could tell it had been in the cooler for some time after one bite. The food is actually quite good but it is so hard to get past the bad service. I always leave there mad or annoyed.15 May, 2013While the food is usually good, the service is often very slow. The most irritating thing about this place is that they charge you $.95 for a (very small) side of ranch dressing!
Service was horrendous. Where is the manager. Don’t they notice? Food was good. Will try it again and will write a better review if the service improves.
Nothing special, too many wraps on the menu and American cheese doesn’t belong on gyros (which they for some reason think it does)… overpriced for the quality of the food. The cocktails were tasty and strong though!
Eat here. That is all i can say. It i just amazing.
Great atmosphere, excellent drink menu and always good service. This is one of our most favorite places in town. Great for a date or with family, and one of the best places to take guests from out of town. Good Greek food but the menu is very large (maybe too much) so there’s something for everyone.
Overrated. I go here for the stuffed peppadews but MAN this place is expensive. Menu is the same for lunch and dinner. Not really into spending $40 for lunch. Ouch. Need a separate lunch menu. Service is very hit and miss.
Rather large menu looks wonderful but the food is rather average. The cheesecake is shipped from Chicago and had a rubbery, old texture. The service was slow but kind. If you are looking for real food that is fresh, this us NOT the place to go.
