Tryed placing order 3 different times tonight may 4 2017 at 830pm. Was answered by rudness asked if still taking orders. Was told not taking orders from me. They hung up. Thought maybe mistake called back got same response called back had different male voice said they are not taking any orders do I understand. Lost me as a customer and their rudness has lost any friends of mine.
They were very fast my food was super hot when it came out. But it didn’t taste as great as I thought it would they were very understaffed the one lady kept running literally running around from the tables to the phones.
It’s not bad if you don’t mind getting what you didn’t order. I would say that out of the ten times I’ve been there they have messed up the order seven times. If you want steamed white rice, you better drill that in their head because they will never get it right.Their food tastes like it’s been sitting in a bucket for five hours too. I would give this place a zero if I could.
New owner, same menu. Was in there tonight and completely new staff. they do not speak English, you have to point to the items that you want on the menu. also were not keeping the table tops or the floors clean, and customers were getting their own drinks. this may be another example of a wonderful place gone down hill when ownership changessince i first posted another customer of theirs told met hat the bento boxes and hibachi have been discontinued19 Nov, 2013Really impressed. Been waiting for this place to open for some time. it’s in the same plaza that Domino’s used to be in and the domino’s sign was still there and lit as of this writing. I ordered the first week that they were opened and my favorable impression started with the way the takeout was packed. The entrees were in leak-proof containers. everything went into a paper bag – but there was a cardboard slab at the bottom. after the bag was packed it was placed in a plastic bag. no leaks, no spills.food has been great and in generous portions. so far we’ve had the steak bento box, orange beef, orange chicken, and shrimp tempura. it’s nice to have a combination of Chinese and Japanese at the same establishment.this is a sit down establishment but seating is limited and anything over a party of 4 is chancy.we encourage folks to give ’em a try before they start making changes
Good good, fast service. Be aware there is no kids menu items.
China King in Jefferson city Mo has wonderful food and service was right on…Prices are reasonable as well.
Excellent crab rangoon. Good service. Our meal was great. Loved the pork fried rice.
