It was horrible food. My pasta was definitely out of a box and barely warm, the toasted ravioli we ate was that you could by in the frozen section of Walmart but about 3x the cost. And the pizza crust was so soggy that the toppings slid off when you picked up a piece. And unfortunately the waitresses were dressed very unprofessionally.
Very rude staff. Pizza is expensive considering the quality.
Used to be better. We’ve always loved the pizza at Kate and Ally’s. This time, however, the crust was burnt and the pizza was just sort of blah. We usually get alot of cheese and this time it was kind of like a frozen pizza. The waitress wiped the plate off with her sleave before she placed it on the table. We just laughed about it but people I talked to later said they would have left. It’s not really appropriate to have friends in the restaurant eating food from another restaurant while customers are there. The waitress was visiting with a friend who was eating a sandwich from another restaurant. It just didn’t look like they were serious about work. We’ll give it another try but I hope this time was just a fluke. There are plenty of other pizza places to go to.
There is better pizza in jeff city. The one and only time I ordered delivery, it took FOREVER!!!! The pizza was waaay over priced and it was tiny. I ordered a large pizza and it looked like a med…. to top it off.. the pizza was burnt.
Never order again….. I do have to say, I did not order the pizza. I ordered 4 hot roast beef, appetizer of toasted ravioli, and cheese garlic bread. All for the low price of $45. I expected the sandwiches to have more than just roast beef on a flat bread that was minimally small at $6.99 each with a bag of chips..6 raviolis at $6 so a dollar a piece for a little ravioli. Cheese garlic bread $5-6 for 3 slices of bread. I was disappointed in the quality and amount of food for $45. I should have just loaded up the group to Red Lobster for $60 and no one would have been disappointed.
We stopped at Kate and Ally’s because they offer gluten free pizza and my friend can’t eat wheat. The pizza is absolutely amazing – both the regular and gluten free. The ingredients are fresh and the staff is very friendly. Great experience. Delicious food. 🙂
