Did I say that I LOVE japanese food? Yes, I try japanese food all over the world. Is incredible how it can change but still be the same and always delicious. This place was a great surprise during our trip. Everything was fresh and well presented.
Japanesse style food is more art and presentation than the American slap of beef on a plate. That said, for those who seek consistantly flawless execution from a set of knife weilding experts, Love Sushi is easily the uncomperable offering for 100s of miles. If anyone has a runner up, I’m eager to try. Love Sushi is the sumo in the Missouri ring.
