Is this Jefferson City?. Simple yet flavorful and tasty without outrageous prices. We hoped to have the bacon, roasted watermelon and basil with citrus aioli, but he only has that as a special. We had the Fish taco with watermelon salsa with chips and a sweet and spicy sauce and the Greek club, with bacon, turkey and gyro meat with his own special sauce ( I think it was an aioli as well). Unfortunately I had planned to show a friend the menu last night, but she was in a rush and took it with her or I would describe the interesting egg sandwich for breakfast. Open from 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. weekdays in what used to be the Governor Hotel and is now the Governor office building, just across from the Governor’s mansion.Oh, and I believe this location has changed hands since tasmo’s review. I believe it has only been Rick’s cafe since May of this year and word of mouth is starting to take hold.
