DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!. Stayed at the hotel which was fine but went to the restaurant for convenience and there was 6 of us. The service was horrible and we waited 30 minutes to get a refill on water, the appetizers tasted good but were cold. One entree tasted like it had been sitting under a bug light. Then the bill came and they had put her tip at 20% which was a $45 tip for what??? She sucked and was in no way worth that kind of money so our bill ended up being over $200. This was suppose to be a celebration for my daughter who was graduating from college. Thanks Sapphires for making it memorable but not in a good way.

Agonizing wait, good food. We recently celebrated my dad’s 70th birthday here and while the views were amazing, the staff was friendly and the food was really quite delicious…the service was so God awfully bad I think I’d have to call it the worst service I’ve ever received in a restaurant in 41 years of dining out. The restaurant was not busy, and there seemed to be enough staff. We were there well over 3 hours, with an average wait time of 1 hour for our food, 1 hour for our desserts and ONE HOUR FOR OUR BILL!!!! Some members of our party were never given the drinks they ordered and none of us were offered a 2nd glass of wine or beer, which we would have gladly ordered given the amount of time we spent there. There were 14 of us, comprised of 5 different families. The waitress had our bills sooo messed up, the the manager’s actual recommendation was that one of us pay for the entire meal and that we should figure it out later. Yeahhhh…this being an over 700 dollar party , none of us were willing to pony up our cards. Some people in our party paid an overage on their bill because they were so sick of waiting- their time was worth more than the extra salad or drink that was on their bill! Our waitress kept blaming the mix up on another waiter, who had only brought our drinks, not taken our orders or delivered our food. (She had) There is absolutely no sense of urgency on the part of any of the staff. My boyfriend and I arrived early to enjoy a drink in the bar, for which we waited several minutes before we were told they were out of Moscato ( and had been for TWO WEEKS!). We never did get to enjoy our drinks at the bar, they were delivered to our table because we had waited so long at this point, that our party had arrived. Waiting an hour for a slice of cheesecake and/ or a dish of ice cream is beyond absurd. All of the adults present were just flabbergasted and left shaking our heads. What a shame, such a lovely restaurant, and really nice menu….too bad they won’t be in business for long with this kind of service.

Recommened. The food was absolutely amazing moreover the view was the same. It did take a little longer for the food to arrive than if i were at applebees , but the wait was worth it.. I give this restaurant 4 stars.

I must agree. Service was on the slow side at just before 5 pm. I was the first customer and it seemed a bit draggy. The shrimp bisque was reasonably good, but a bit chunkier than I’m used to with a bisque, more chowdery. The Sicilian Chicken Spedini was bland, cheesy and soupy I’m sad to say, needing large quantities of black pepper to get it going. Overall, not so hot. Cannot recommend.

Ehhh. Food is alright, but definitely not $20+-entree-good. Employees were nice and courteous, however the food took FOREVER to get to the table. The best thing about this restaurant is the views…

Food is good, amazing views but service is so slow that it is torturous. Don’t ever go here with plans of a quick lunch.
