Good Meat, Lousy sides. I love good Barbeque and this is good Barbeque. The problem is that I also love good cole slaw and potatoe salad and this is not good here. Tastes mass produced and really sucks to be quite honest. I’m also disappointed in the sandwiches that come on a common little hamburger bun, very disappointing. As far as the meat that is where it is at here. I would order just meat and then go home and make your own sandwich with a hoagie bun.
Pulled pork was delicious, hot link was the bomb and ribs were perfect. Try the baked potato with all the toppings. Service was great, staff clearly are proud of the establishment. Warning: they don’t serve fries and sandwiches are small.
Not a Sim-ulation. This is the real thing. I know brisket. My dad was making up tender slabs of brisket back when it was sold cheap as a tough cut. I love finding a decent BBQ chopped brisket and Billy Sims isn’t decent, it is fabulous. Tender, juicy, flavorful, fat-free lol. I was concerned about the price at first, but sometimes you just have to buy the Haagen-Daaz.
Picky eater here. Chopped brisket. Never had better. It’s like candy. Imagine fresh tender chewy and juicy bites so full of flavor you don’t want to swallow.
