Small, overcooked, overpriced.. Wings are small. Hot sauce is waaaay too salty. Chicken jerky with bones… Service is poor. Atmosphere is nice. Floyd and Jacque (owners) are very nice people.
Not much to say. The wings I had were good (I preferred the dry ones to the wet ones) and the service was fine. Can’t ask for much more.
I’ll be back next time I’m in town. Hot wings & chicken chunks with smokin’ hot sauce on the wings, and hot & honey on the chunks. Highly recommend the hot & honey if you like a bit of sweetness with your spiciness, or go the smokin’ hot if you’re after a bit more power. Fries were great and the service was pretty good too.
Disappointed. Food is GREAT. But service is horrible again. Been trying to call for 30 minutes to do a call ahead. Was busy the whole time. So I drive down there to order and they tell me they have taken the phone off the hook because they were busy. What business does that?
Wings are small and expensive. My family and I can order 50 wings at Hooters and only finish half of them, but at Hackett’s that’s not enough for all of us. Sauce isn’t bad, but not worth going back to. JB’s piano bar has better wings and isn’t even their specialty. Don’t plan on coming back. Better when it was on Broadway!
Fantastic Wings. Saw All the good reviews on Yelp, Urban Sppon, and here and decided to give a try. These wings are fantastic. Group of 4 had 50 wings, BBQ, hot and honey, beer, hot, and smokin hot. All were good but my favorite was smoking’ hot. These had my head and face dripping with sweat, just the way I like it. Visited on a Sunday afternoon, pretty busy but still served in a reasonable amount of time. Nice atmosphere, friendly service. What I did not know was whether they served beer or not. It is not on the menu but I noticed beer placards around the place. If beer is served, which it should be, then it should be on the menu. Recommed to all that like wings, I will definetly visit again when in town.
Third and last time eating overpriced Bad wings cold and very dark bones (sign of frozen chicken) sauce was tasty counter service not friendly or helpful
