Terrible service, need to get corporate involved. We love panda express in kansas city … LOVE IT…. but these guys need to get with the program, terrible service. Taking orders and your money but not getting you your food for 30mins, while serving 10 people that came in after you the exact same orange chick u ordered…Then giving us the customers grief for asking what the holdup was…. maybe a fluke one time thing right? No all 3 times we’ve ate there the same situation. Why go back? Orange chicken and walnut shrimp. Cant get enough… they should change the name to panda and drop the express…. slow panda maybe… corporate should pay me for that one… BAM!
