Just Couldn’t. With Ichiban in town, who would eat here?! Warm sushi, just couldn’t eat it.
Go to Tokyo japanese steak house instead. I work in the Northpark mall, so I’ve had the opportunity to visit Wasab many times. I suggest going elsewhere. The women who work there are mostly rude. They also do not have anything together. Ill call for takeout, come to pick it up and they have no idea what I’m talking about. I am very displeased with the service there. The food is generally pretty good. That must be the only thing keeping them in business. It most certainly isn’t their costomer service. On a side note, the inside is very trashy.
Vastly Improved. I think they are under new ownership. I took my family there recently on a whim (and a desire for something, anything DIFFERENT) AND we were all impressed at the vast improvement in cleanliness, service and food quality. Going back today. I recommend their lunch trays over their suchi, though.
My favorite place to eat when I am in Joplin. The SUSHI is amazing. I love it! The grill is fun too. Great food!

Horrible experience everytime I go. Ordered take out specially asked for their dressing they always put on the salad and for baked sushi. I got no dressing and unbaked sushi. It’s like they don’t even bother to listen to you just give you whatever they feel like giving you.
My favorite Joplin restaurant. The service can be sketchy, but the food (and sushi) is phenomenal!
