Onion rings and tv. This tavern is awesome!!! My first experiee was happy hour (2-6) with several domestic draws @ $2.50 each and deep fried onion rings. The onion rings were incredible. They were very large, had great seasoning, and came with a side of spicy ranch dip. In addition, there were about a dozen televisions around the restraunt showing varioius sporting events. I DIDN’T NEED ANYTHING ELSE BESIDES MY BEER, ONION RINGS, AND TV. ThomasIf you like salt (and if you have any interest at all in this meal, you had better), then you’ll love the fries that accompany the burger. Hand-cut and fried to a deep bronze, they receive a liberal dusting of sea salt and come with ketchup or aioli, although neither is needed. The nature of hand-cut fries almost always means uneven cooking, so expect a few burnt ones and a few that could use a bit more time in the fryer. The vast majority elicited an appreciable crunch, though they were a tad on the oily side.
