I have going to Chelly’s since they have been open. I remember the owner’s kids playing and going to table to table to play. The family lived there on the beginning. Now, the kids are going to college. The food still is great and the same wait staff are there giving the same great service. The staff always speaks Spanish to me though I don’t speak much Spanish at all. My family comes from Jalisco in Mexico like the owners and wait staff. So, the food really reminds me of my Grandmother everytime.. This place is in the same strip center as Walsh’s corner cocktails another favorite of mine.
