Shortcuts = Sacrificing taste.. I’ve been a few times to Chili’s in a couple different states. They are changing the way their kitchen prepare foods and have sacrificed taste for convenience. The chicken in my fajitas was replaced with some pre-frozen, overly processed tasting like lunchmeat chicken. I even complained to the manager who told me they changed it, well…duh, I could tell. I didn’t even eat it, it was that bad. The hamburgers also have changed, no more freshly pattied, juicy burgers. Tasted like another frozen product off of an assembly line. I used to love Chili’s….used to, I won’t be going back until they realize they are putting quanity over quality. I’d rather go elsewhere. By the way 54th Street restaurant is just across the street. Give them a try instead, you’ll be glad you did 😉
