Terrible place to get donut. Worse service…attitude sucks, friendliness none existing…no matter what time we stop for a long john for my 5yr great niece they never have one. The one time they did it looked like someone had been eating it…who does that. Then we asked for a number to the head office to complain and was told they don’t have one..REALLY?? I would be a shame to have employees work for me with that kind of attitude…here is a hint..if long johns are so popular make more…what morons….
The last 4 times I have been to Dunkin’ Donuts on Northoak before 10 AM they have been out of apple fritters. I have never been to this damn place that had everything that I ordered, if it’s on the menu it should be available. There will be one less person in the long ass line because I’ve had it with that place. The apple fritters at sun fresh up the street are twice as delicious anyway.
Worst place ever. Every time you go there it’s a bad experice and there VERY SLOW! I have been there a few times just to get a drink and it always takes like 15 to 20 min. DONT EVER GO THERE BAD SERVICE RUDE PEOPLE WORKING THERE AND STALE FOOD AND BAD DRINKS!!!!!
I don’t know why I gave it another chance. I’ve eaten at this Dunkin probably 4 times and they’ve only gotten my order right once, and even when it was right I was disappointed with the quality of the food. Iced coffee was fine though. The service here is terrible. I always think it’s a problem when I, as a customer, am nicer than the employees. Half of the time they’re out of even the simplest of donuts. I don’t understand how a DONUT shop runs out of DONUTS. They should have built a Krispy Kreme at this location instead.
Worst Donuts in the Northland ….. I should have gotten donuts for work from somewhere else.. They were ice cold when I bought two dozen in for work. Every time I go there they’re awful and my neighbors have said the same thing.Tasted at least a day old… I will not go there again.. Nobody is eating these donuts at work…. Waste of money…
Not good after breakfast. As a family we have been here after dinner for dessert. The donuts are always stale. The selection is very slim as they don’t make more donuts throughout the day. Also, throated donuts barely have frosting and since the don’t glaze them first, like they should, it’s basically a plain, stale donut. We won’t be going back unless we want to fight the crowds for breakfast and even the the nearby QuiKTrip is faster and has better donuts. They shouldn’t even have donut in their name. What a disgrace!
Over priced..slow service. How can one simple donut be that hard. I will be going back to the donut king.. If i’m going to buy a dounut at least I know I can give my money to a small business owner who needs his money. Not to a big money maker
