Excellent burgers! Idaho nachos were DIVINE! The waffle fries were NOT fried, which made the taste & texture wonderful. Good service, too.
They changed a lot of their items. They now deep fry the pretzel appetizer. Why?? They were excellent NOT fried. They also changed the beer cheese dip. It’s horrible now. Watery, garlicky with chunky cheese. I sent it back thinking the cheese was curdled but they brought me a new one that was exactly the same. Why mess with something that was good??? Not happy!
I are there last night with 3 fellow coworkers. We are all salesmen and travel 5 days a week. We all agreed that the service we received was by far the worst we have ever received. The waiter did not write down anything when we ordered and got 3 out of the 4 orders wrong. The salads came at the same time as our meals, and it took forever to get a drink. After I paid the tab and still put 10% gratuity on the ticket I felt informed the manager about the problems we had and he just giggled and told me he was sorry. As being a salesman if I represented my company the same way the waiter and management did at this establishment I would not be able to earn a paycheck at all. I will never return to this establishment EVER!!!

Yuck. Food is good! they know how to make food good for them its not hard! but the service was.. just awful, the servers name was justin and he was horrible i gave him a chance at first but by the third time he rolled his eyes at us i knew he had no chance at getting any respect, I won’t be back. and if i do go back i will ask for a server that has a great attitude and actually wants to be there. and wants my money! justin is ruining their whole dining experience..
If you like ketchup get the London Broil with Carmelites onion and bourbon sauce…it tastes like ketchup.
