Anyone that is anyone should definitely take advantage of McGonigle’s Catering! They provide excellent service with quality meats (best brisket ever!!) and quality side dishes, not to mention their scrumptious desserts! We will absolutely utilize their outstanding food and service again. The person who delivered our meal was extremely helpful and friendly also. Thank you McGonigle’s for a great dining experience.
Really good spot off the beatin’ path. Got a combo beef and pork sandwich, fries, beans, and a drink for $13. This may not seem great, but this same order at Gates, Jack Stack, Joe’s, or Arthur Bryant’s would probably be over $20.Sandwich was excellent, and I would recommend the sweet sauce over the spicy. Beans were decent, though not as good as Jack Stack. Fries were excellent! They were waffle fries and had a special house parmesan seasoning on them, and most importantly, they were very crispy and not soggy. Worth noting that the order of fries is pretty large, and a lot to tackle for one person.You have to go inside the grocery store to order and pay, then pickup your food outside. There is no dining room, but shaded picnic tables are available. You have probably driven by this place on Ward Parkway and not given it a second thought, but I would strongly recommend checking it out.

A Tasty Brisket Sandwich. I ordered the Wednesday brisket sandwich special with waffle fries and a fountain drink (for a total of $10.30) inside the market and took my receipt to the trailer outside, where I was given a choice of sweet or hot sauces. My order was ready in about three minutes. The condiments bar included pickles. The sandwich was piled high with moist, somewhat smoky meat. The waffle fries were well-seasoned, and tasty. Other side options included baked beans, cheesy corn, and onion strings. The outdoor seating was comfortable on a cool, summer morning. My value-adjusted rating is 7.3/10.0.
Really Special. So when I eat at this place, it reminds me of some big city like New York or something. You go inside to pay and come out and get your food out of a food truck. I love the ambiance. They also have benches and stuff set up to eat outside. Not to mention their waffle fries are AMAZING! You would think meat since it is a meat market but you have to try their waffle fries!
