I’ve been to Portia’s twice now for the chicken friend steak special on Fridays. Besides a great chicken fried steak with lots of gravy, you get mashed potatoes, macaroni and cheese, green beans, and two dinner rolls. If you still have room, and they aren’t out already, you can finish your meal with a great slice of pineapple upside down cake. Plus, the service is fast and friendly.

I think Portia’s cafe has the best food in town. I would like you to know what all specials we have. Monday is hamburger steak with mashed potatoes and brown gravy with 2 vegetables. Tuesday is our variety day we could be having anything from beef and noodles to turkey and dressing. Wednesday is Meatloaf with Portias special red sauce on it or liver and grilled onions. Thursday is THE BEST FRIED CHICKEN EVER ! Friday is chicken fried steak or salmon patty’s with cream peas our food is great Just call us to find out what all we have the # is 241-7494
