My family has been going to Ozark Bar-B-Que for four generations, but today we had the worst service. We asked to speak to the owner and she ignored us even when we talked to her directly. We waited 45 minutes to get our drinks and longer to have our order taken. We were so frustrated we most likely will never go back to a place that was once a family tradition.
