Parking. Went to see Dwele very nice venue on the inside a little on the crowded side but otherwise nice. For this venue to have as many events as it does you think they would provide adequate parking. Leaving the concert we noticed that our car was broken into luckily they didn’t get anything but if we were in a lit secured parking area it would have never happened. I don’t think we will return anytime soon until the parking situation is fixed.
Like. My most recent visit, I tried the chicken sandwich. Very, very good. Seasoning was great. The slaw they serve on it was a great compliment. Would order this again.
Horrible service and a ruined reception. Went here over the weekend for a wedding reception. the food wasnt ready and the owner stated ten minutes 3x. food was supposed to be served@ 8pm and it wasnt served until 915pm. the servers are horrible and gave small baby sized portions.appetizers were only for about 20 ppl. not what they paid for. i am sure the bride and groom will complain. but, i suggest all individuals present should as well. he was very unprofessional in his way. why would you leave them and when asked where he was he servers didnt know.we found out after speaking with his employee the he- the owner was attending to a party next door and wasnt aware that his bartenders and servers were rude. by 930 ameretto sour was out and everything else that we asked for. we were given fruit on napkins not plates. where is the class??? the flower guy had to help clean up the place since he only has on janitor. can we say health inspector.someone need to bring him down to size as he ruined a great couples beautiful day. so in all the food was not what was paid for. he got over on them so if you want to have a happy wedding day and a great reception look elswhere…if you read this t and k… please call the bbb on him and file a claim against him in court you are owed money back.
Website said brunch started at 11:00, arrived and no food available until 11:20 with few breakfast items being available, more items at 11:30. Eggs were runny, grits sweet not sure what they were. Biscuits were a joke they were dinner rolls baked in the oven. Expensive $16.98 per person not including coffee and an extra $12 for unlimited mimosa’s, Bloody Mary bar (make your own) had no hot sauce or Worchestire and 2 specialty drinks. On the upside the beef brisket, potatoes and turkey ribs were good. Worst thing was the staff were bad mouthing the owner. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!
Arrived at 11am for brunch. 40 mins later brunch was ready. The service was horrible and the food was even worse. Drink station was not set up right. The final straw was the staff blaming the owner for everything. Dinner rolls for biskets. Last time at this place. I give this place a year and they are done.
