We love this truck. They set up outside the CinderBlock Brewery usually on the weekends. I believe we’ve eaten everything on the menu. I love his ribs, meaty, tender, perfectly smoked. You get 1/2 rack for 8.00. Brisket is tender, again great smokey flavor, big sandwich 7.00. Handcut fries, beer battered rings, slaw. Give the BBQ nachos a try, made a believer out of me. You can order at the truck or go inside the brewery, order and they’ll bring it to you. .
